Our classes are unique. We provide invaluable continuity of care through midwife Pam and class host, Bev as well as introducing you to a wide-range of local experts: Obstetrician, Physiotherapist, Nutritionist, Lactation-Midwife, Acupuncturist, Hypnotherapist, Doulas and an Osteopath. The very best in their fields, they will give you priority access to them if you want any extra support.

Baby massage is a lovely way to get your baby smiling. The benefits of skin to skin contact are well documented and in this exclusive Happy Birth Club course, our Reflexologist Sam White can teach you techniques that help send baby to sleep, ease colic and wind and help you understand your baby’s cues.

A four-hour course for two people, this will equip you with the very best relaxation, deep breathing and visualisation techniques to use in preparation for labour; during the birth and also for life as a parent! Staying calm in the eye-of-the-storm is a life-skill that you will call on in birth and beyond. It helps to bond couples, encourages empathy with each other and will definitely involve a few laughs along the way. Our Hypnobirthing Coach Megan, is a fully-qualified, Katherine Graves-trained practitioner, trainee-midwife and mum. She makes everyone feel at ease and her expertise and common-sense wins over even the most skeptical students in the room! In our opinion, Hypnobirthing is a must - whatever type of birth you want.

A two-hour Paediatric First Aid class for all parents, grandparents and carers. All common incidents are covered including burns, choking, meningitis and basic resuscitation. This is an unmissable for anyone who may ever need to administer first-aid in an emergency to a baby or child. Hosted by award-winning Daisy First Aid, a member of The Association of First Aiders.

The beauty of The Happy Birth Club is that we never say goodbye. Our post-natal classes are not only informative, but also hassle-free and fun, with plenty of free parking, complimentary tea and coffee and lots of laughs with friendly faces.

Drag your tired bodies (and babies if you wish) to the friendly surroundings of The Little Gym in Chiswick for an afternoon session with Infant Sleep Consultant, Annie Simpson. Annie will broadly outline good sleep habits and solutions to common problems. We will then break for coffee while everyone gets at least ten minutes one-to-one with Annie to address individual concerns. All ages of babies and toddlers are catered for.
Deciding what, when and how to feed your baby can be one of the most stressful times in a new mum’s life. As part of our commitment to our wonderful Happy Birth Club we offer a session on weaning, feeding and baby nutrition with local Nutritional Therapist, Georgina Robertson. As you would expect from us, there will be lots of time to ask questions of Georgina and tap into her years of experience. If you have any particular areas of concern, please let us know when booking your place so that we can best meet your needs.
Talk through your birth, assess physical recovery needs, check babies health, weigh baby, cord care, immunisation advice, address any concerns, help with breastfeeding, tongue-tie assessment, advise on alternative therapies, pain management, perineal discomfort, caesarean scar care, emotional support for both parents, support on new parenting.
